By accessing or using the Owner Intent Profile™ application ("the App"), provided by NorthStar Value Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is provided for educational and strategic reflection purposes only. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial planning, valuation, or merger and acquisition advice. You should consult qualified professional advisors before making important financial, legal, or business decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@northstarvaluegroup.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the responses and reports you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content so we can operate the service, generate your Owner Intent Profile™, and share summary information with your advisory team through our connected systems.

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of any applicable law.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorthStar Value Group, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
